Founded in March 1998, P&D Contractors, LLC is a General Contracting firm serving the Washington, DC Metropolitan area (Northern Virginia, Martland and Washington, DC). From its inception, the company has specialized in Division 9 works, emphasizing commercial drywall packages that included: Metal Framing, Cold-Formed Framing, Building Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings, Acoustical Panels, Specialty Ceilings & Finishes and Rough Carpentry, working on the most diverse of building typologies and contract sums available in our metro area. Our bond-ability and Certifications as CBE in the District, SWAM in Virginia, MBE in Maryland and MWAA have given us the possibilities to demonstrate our capabilities in the management and execution of major projects, both in the private & public sectors. Projects where teamwork and coordination

are essential.

Given the experience acquired and relationships established in these growing years, we are now directing our efforts towards providing General Contracting services. We have formulated a "smart" development strategy in which the "Team" our construction management structure and supporting subcontractors can grow in unison, creating a sustainable structure capable of delivering quality services and satisfaction to the clients.

Our mission in this venture is to manage our growth expectations intelligently and to base our operation on the provision of personalized quality service. We will never undertake and project in which we cannot be intimately involved. This commitment, along with careful and consistent attention to the fundamentals of successful contracting: competitive pricing, quality artistry and adherence to time and budget schedules are essential to bring projects to fruition and achieve the desired results for all parties.
